BACK-on-LINE™

BACK-on-LINE is a web application that attempts to help people off work with back pain get back to work. Potential participants pass through a funnel of questionaries. The first questionnaire makes sure that participants are eligible. Each subsequent questionnaire collects information about the participant’s back pain to provide a tailored set of exercises and advise. A custom analytics dashboard provides the project owners with statistics on how many participants sign up and complete each stage of the funnel and enables them to download reports as Excel spreadsheets.
